We homeschool our child. Do you know of any centers that conduct AMC 8 for 2011-2012 and would allow us to register for the test?
Dr. Andreescu usually hosts the AMC 8 at the UT Dallas campus. Information will be posted as we get closer to the competition.
Is there a science version of this at UTD for middle schoolers?
Shawn, I’m not aware of similar programs at UTD, but MMC speakers often discuss applied math topics which touch on many different fields of science.
Hi. MY 8th grader is very interested in math ever since she joined her Math and Science Team at school. She heard about the MMC and would like to join. We found out you offer Saturday sessions. Can we enroll or register her for these sessions for 2013-2014 yr.Thank you.
No registration is necessary, Sra, just come and join us for the sessions that look appealing and fit your schedule.

Yes, your son would be very welcome. We have many 7th graders who attend the Metroplex Math Circle.
,The SAGE Program of Allen ISD would like to invite your group to the first ever SAGE Academy and Resource Fair for Allen ISD. SAGE stands for Special and Gifted Education. The Allen PTA is hosting this new event to invite all parents, caregivers, and employees of Allen ISD to come and learn about resources available to them in Allen and the surrounding areas.
